Hello May!

Photography is something I practice everyday.  Or nearly everyday.  No matter how busy I get, I try to carve a little space out in every day to take at least one photograph.  It is my art therapy and a way of seeing and being mindful of things around me.  It gives the creativity part of my brain a chance to come out and play for a little while.   A day without a picture is rare.  These are a few therapy shots from May.
